Any sicko 18 year old in Virginia can buy an assault weapon, and that goes for half the states in the union so we need federal laws. The key is the psychiatric background check.

The NRA rep on CNN last night lied saying "we can never stop the Chos of the world". BS. Cho would have been stopped immediately is they had bothered to check on his psychiatric background. he had recently been forced into a mental hospital by campus police.
