I said when something is incrementally more expensive it is better for our country to produce it here. If it is a lot more expensive, it's better to import. Imported goods carry cost to the country beyond just the price paid. Domestic job less, trade imbalance, less local cash for investment and savings are examples. I know you live in a black and white libertarian world but you are wrong.
