Mr Cho had been in the US since he was 9 years old. He was in his 14th year of the American School System. How many teachers did not react for fear of being sued, or for fear of being wrong, or from just plain indifference. There is an opportunity, if both parties can stop playing politics for once to inquire into his life. To have an honest conversation with his teachers right through the American System, not to assign blame which is useless, but to see if there was a point where he might have been saved. Saving Cho might have saved 33 lives. This should not involve peoples jobs or damage to the people involved, but be a simple scientific research into the life of a boy new to america who did not make it.

"The 9/11 whiners grasped at straws to make dots..."

Especially valid points, there. I think we're nearly as close to agreement on the rest.
