While everyone was reacting to the first murders he was either preparing or mailing his package to the media. Look at the coverage on CNN, to a warped mind he becomes an icon because of all the attention he is getting. But I cannot believe that the University and the police were not doing their best to solve the first two murders. perhaps the University should have been notified by mail that there were guns on the campus? When he bought the first gun, perhaps notification of his landlord or his roommates or someone is an easy way to ensure that someone knows what is going on. perhaps the University address should be in the federal computer as a place where guns are not allowed.
