My take : a) I mentioned that 1.8 Bio shares trades since 12th. Jan b) They've done loads of headfakes over that period c) AMD has "stuck" to ca. 13.50 basically d) evem after the 1.23 Bio. revenue warning !! e) They've done loads of LBO rumours timed nicely to the Headfakes f) The best of all rumours ( or "belief" ;-) is that the price war has ended So... I do believe that some big holders have dumped AMD during this period ( with help from their WS friends IMO)! Of course the NasDaq Institutional data --- if it is even correct --- will come in too late for us retail people ! Good luck anyway ... I'm still out since 22$ BTW !
