I haven't argue against informing people. I said I was in favor of that so people could make up their own minds about what was best to do and so they'd be less likely to freeze in shock when the second attack occurred.

What I have said is that even with a warning, the second attack would have taken place somewhere and killed a whole lot of people. As many as the monster wanted to kill before taking his own life.

To seriously mitigate the damage would have required shooting Cho before he decided to shoot himself.

Simply announcing a sudden shutdown of classes at say 7:30 - 8 AM wouldn't have magically removed all the students from the university.
