If one in twenty people in this country were armed how many people do you think would die each year from acts of rage?

More than one in twenty people in the US own a gun. But on campus almost no one has guns because they aren't allowed, so only criminals have them.

re: If one in 20 or even one in 100 where armed he probably could have been stopped

If one in twenty people in this country were armed how many people do you think would die each year from acts of rage? From plain old accidents?

Imagine the outcomes of domestic disputes. Road rage. Competitive events. Disagreements among friends. Failed grades. Rejection.

Isn't it classic that to a man they all considered 'packing a heat' to be the best solution.
