Again, Tim, concentrating power in the presidency isn't the only thing. Just one of a number of them. Quite trying to wander off down tangential issues. It isn't a tangential issue in regards to the "unified executive" idea. Its the main issue. You called it a fascist idea. I'm directly dealing with the main point and showing how it isn't. Sigh. You do realize there is more than just economic issues? Yes, but you seem to ignore them in the context of discussions of fascism and/or totalitarianism. FDR's regs and laws (and those he attempted to pass but couldn't) where in many ways seriously totalitarian and at least where similar to some fascist ideas.
