Again, Tim, concentrating power in the presidency isn't the only thing. Just one of a number of them. Quite trying to wander off down tangential issues.

It isn't a tangential issue in regards to the "unified executive" idea. Its the main issue. You called it a fascist idea. I'm directly dealing with the main point and showing how it isn't.

Yes, but you seem to ignore them in the context of discussions of fascism and/or totalitarianism. FDR's regs and laws (and those he attempted to pass but couldn't) where in many ways seriously totalitarian and at least where similar to some fascist ideas.
