Why do you keep talking apples and oranges? 100% of the people in the country could 'own' firearms but that doesn't mean one in even two hundred are carrying. What's the percent of non-security people carrying firearms? If 100% of those students had firearms back in their dorm room closets it wouldn't have stopped him from killing a single person in the classroom. <And of course you didn't answer the question on how many people would die of rage shooting and accidents if 1 in 100 people were packing>.
