The point is the NRA pushes no real protections at all. Psychos can buy at gun stores no problem. And psychos are much more dangerous with store-bought weapons than criminals are, who rarely if ever use stores.

No one is trying to stop honest people from getting home protection or hunting weapons. What we need to stop are the psychotic Cho and McVeigh types, or the Columbine kids. The NRA doesn't want to do anything to stop these psychos from getting armed to the teeth. Nothing. They are proud of the fact they have made it easy for any psycho in America to get heavily armed.

Can anyone honestly disagree with me on this? If so, I'd love to hear the counter-argument.
