You where the one talking about how it wasn't documented. I just pointed out how you where wrong.

As for keeping guns from such people - How? The gun seller can't read Cho's mind or see the future.

And even if it wasn't legal for him to buy the gun, I doubt that would have stopped him. Its not exactly like it was legal for him to murder 32 people.

He had to lie on the forms. If you've been treated for mental illness, you can't buy a gun. He broke the law!
