It's not a question of medical records, it's a question of any time any individual is put into a psychiatric hospital or is found to be psychotic like Cho was, it should go into the computer so the background check will show this. If it was an innocent thing the buyer can get a psychiatrist to sign off for him, if not the psycho gets no guns.

I see no earthly reason why the NRA should not be trying to make this happen except pure greed and callous arrogance. Just how irresponsible is the NRA? Do they really care about anyone at all?
