I agree. But when you look at the last ten years, going from 110 to 200, it's a headshaker.

Even in the last ten years, "standard" sizes and amenities have been zooming up. Call it the HGTV effect. Now you're living in a tenement if your house doesn't have a "master suite" and granite counters in the kitchen.
