MDI Installs Systems in School Campuses

MDI Installs Security Systems on 2 School Campuses, Terms of Contract Not Disclosed

SAN ANTONIO (AP) -- MDI Inc., a developer of security systems, said Friday it delivered an order to install security systems at two school campuses in California from partner Construction Electronics Inc.
The two installations are part of a larger construction project which involves 12 new campuses and three renovated campuses.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Shares of MDI, which have traded between 35 cents and $2.90 over the last 52 weeks, were up 31 cents, or 15 percent, at $2.39 in morning trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market.
