I have mentioned more than that. Shall we discuss Brown's qualifications for heading FEMA? Or George Deutsch's job at NASA? Remember Bernie Kerick? Looked at the resumes of the replacement US attorney's? What ever else you may say about Ashcroft, he chose qualified people for the positions of US attorney. Not so with Gonzales.

The list contains more than just a name or two. And the cases aren't isolated. There is a consistent and persistent pattern of choosing people based on anything but their qualifications. Loyalty, especially personal loyalty to the president, are much more important.
