That is by design. There are pluses and minuses to that.

That is only for a certain class of cars. They still have reserved the right to sell to a company making larger cars. Realistically, they won't be able to get Ford or GM onboard until the concept is proven. So Zenn is as good as anything.

In my mind, although GM is better positioned to take advantage, Ford is more likely to actually do it.

Assuming it works, of course.
