Thank you for posting and for the link, glad to hear the splint worked for someone. I have been wearing upper and lower for over a year. The mri showed the bilateral anterior dislocation of the biconcave discs with the condyle in the closed position. So pretty much opening my mouth is miserable and I have been eating blended foods for a very long time. I also see a chiropractor, which does help reduce the headaches - I sprained my neck in the accident among other things. Thanking you for posting
