Mq, you've written many wonderful posts over the years. This is one of the best you've written IMO, and helps me, and others like me, understand where you are coming from, and in fact, where we as a world, are going. Learned in a previous post why you felt tipping was an insult, so here again, customs matter. And your comment: : Criticism should often be taken as a compliment. People won't bother criticizing a lot of places because they expect nothing better of them. is certainly true, if one ever stops to think about it. Americans are the BEST and the WORST of all peoples of the earth. After all, we represent all peoples of the world and most of them come here for that reason.
