Nokia will make the June Quarter payment in full, covering March quarter sales. Additionally, they will pay royalties for sales through 4/9, when due during the September Quarter. If a new license is not executed before the end of the September Quarter, that is when no additional Nokia revenues will be booked by Qualcomm, and a deep line in the sand will have been crossed. We can only hope that the new arbitration proceeds quickly, or meaningful victories have occurred in the GSM/GPRS/EDGE arena by then. Otherwise, we`ll be reading the same pablum about engaging in diligent negotiations geared towards a speedy resolution, while no ground is given in same.

I think the next royalty payment is actually due in September.
