Think Lindy Bill needs another chart to compare with the rising housing prices. Population growth since the 30's and right after WWII-----these may reflect the same growth


The effect of the WWII generation and boomers is reflected in the chart in the post-war boom and boom in the 70s and 80s. None of the housing booms in the past 100 years on that chart comes anywhere near the explosion in the last decade. That isn't population growth.
