Okay?.. Curcumin, Quercetin, Coenzyme Q10, Magnesium, Policosanol (sugar cane not wheat) along with Omega 3 oil...do you/anyone know what implications there may be by taking such a group of supplements?

I tried the alka seltzer gold today, didn't help my migrane. They just come on so strong and fast nothing can break the pain, but the alka seltzer is working on my friend who has sinus headaches. She says thank you
