I made a decision to speak out: I will tell you what Nokia has been paying. After this you are not going to make me mad any more. This may mean trouble to me, but I don't care. So I did know about that "paid-up" thing beforehand (even though I was not supposed to know). But I also knew that Nokia was paying about 1/3 what others were paying (I was not supposed to know that, either, some people just talk more than they are actually allowed). So that 3% means that Nokia was paying about as much to others as to Qualcomm (and receiving some paymentns from other playes, which were not included into that 3 %). But what this really means: there is not any "global rate".
