Slacks - CHINA and TDS-cdma "test" systems...why can't Q/Unicom build a "test" system for evdo-ra in lets say Bejing and Shanghai and Chungking. I seem to recall that the upgrade from 1x to ev-do is simply a card in the transmiiters. The handsets are all available. Be nice to ask the Chinese if Q/Unicom could also have a test system as it would be interesting to see the reply. Then Q would have a WTO case. The upgrade wouldn't take very long. Even if they did cover as much as the TDS-cdma scam "test" system is going to cover. Best, L
