Ther are thousands of conspiracies, some successful others not. The Bushie rightwing conspiracy was hatched in Texas. Enron, Exxon, Halliburton, Bectel, the Bush family, The Saudis, Delay, Rove, Cheney, that whole crew. That was the genesis. It started off pretty corrupt and got VERY corrupt fast. Remember the phony 2000-2001 energy crisis? That was their first stab. They got away with it. 100 billion just plain ripped off. So that emboldened them. Then they rigged the election in Florida. The rest is history.
