I have made chili with a combination of ground venison and ground turkey. Tastes just like beef when done. Of course, I load up on onions, garlic and chili powder!

I grew up with my dad both gun and bow and arrow hunting, and he always shared his venison...everyone said, "I can cook it so you'll never be able to tell." I could always tell.
