We all know that Clinton served during a hot economy. He did not create it, but he was there and those figures are better than during the Bush terms. What any intelligent poster should avoid is posting just some numbers and avoiding posting all the facts. I do not know if the number 40% is accurate or not. I doubt it since our unemployment rate is so low...so I will assume the number you used was partisan instead of factual. Chris posted a week post. He wants to blame Bush for our investing in technology...but will make no effort in backing it up, since it is beyond him.
