Iktomi has allergies I believe although I could not swear to it.

I had a giant filter system put on my air conditioner... It
has a very expensive filter which needs changing once a year. Also a light that takes away all mill dew and mold in the pipes. These are all on the inside handler...

My sister has allergies which produced migraines so that is why this was done.

We keep all the windows closed at all times and run the air at about 79 which seems for the size of my home to make it just not too cold and not too hot..

One of those inhalers that are prescribed by a Doctor
Avatar.. or something like that is successful for asthma sufferers. There are not many posters around on week-end so I am sure you will have answers that are more authentic than mine but this is what I have done to make my home dust free..and pollen free. The difficulty is when one goes outside... In heavy pollen season maybe that should be avoided.

What do all of you other's out there who have similar problems have to recommend...

You're welcome and I hope she continues to improve. For those with less severe symptoms, an allergist friend of mine once said to sleep with the windows open and eat local honey. That is supposed to help.

I am glad Suma started this thread.
