That is considerably smaller than A&M. The campus covers 5200 acres and God only knows how many buildings. Areas like where the reactor is can be secured, but most of it cannot be. And it isn't practical to secure it.

Each teacher has a class in a room. How many classes doesn't matter does it? Each teacher has a key.

How many students at Berkeley? They have 77 police officers.

My point is the university waited for two hours before sending the email of the first shooting. Why wasn't it sent immediately? Two hours to find someone to take responsibility to sent it? Two hours to have a meeting to decide when to meet to do something in the meeting?
