Look like a screw coming up through a piece of plywood. My Mother had a condo for a while of the ~60th floor of the Hancock building in Chicago; on a windy day if you put a ball on a table it would roll back and forth with the buildings sway. I don't get why anyone would want to sleep 2000 feet above ground... and if you can't beat 'Elroy the Sheik of Dubai' what's the point? To each his own; Chicago does have some pretty nifty architecture.
