Try your analogy again, it's short on relevant facts.

Try this one:

If I had a two hour notice my neighbor was shot and killed, I think I would be better prepared for when the shooter came to my house.

You can bet that the next time some murder happens on campus or just off it, the whole world will know in 30 minutes or less.

Kinda sad, really, how common domestic abuse is. Someone gets shot, "Oh, it must be just some jealous boyfriend, not some psychopath freak who wants to kill more."
