Nothing is 100%. If the gun dealers in Virginia had followed the law, he wouldn't have been able to get those guns. Sure, you could hypothesis that he could have gotten them illegally, but the fact of the matter is he didn't.

So? Last I checked, GWU isn't Virginia Tech. Maybe it is a bad decision on their part. I think it is.

A perfect example why universal concealed carry is a bad idea happened in College Station. pair of twins and another guy got into a fight in a bar. They were told to leave, and they proceeded to escalate the fight until one twin was dead and the other critically wounded. Now if they had guns instead of knives, the fight could have reached critical point in the bar. There would have been more dead and injured if that had of happened.
