CJ lying AGAIN" Nope. There were reports that he wasn't eligible to buy guns because a judge had ruled him a danger to himself and others in 2005. Apparently, in Virginia, you can buy a weapon despite being declared a danger. Actually, there is a question on the VA gun applications form......have you experienced any difficulties with mental illness [I'm paraphrasing]. Yesterday, the gun owner explained to CNN that Cho answered "no" to that question. Who knew people would lie on these forms?
