My question is, would Cho have been caught FOR lying on the form? In a year? Ten years? EVER?

I seriously doubt it. So, why even HAVE the stupid form?

That's why I am laughing about the surprise of the gun dealer. Whose going to admit they are mentally ill on any gov't form let alone one you are filling out to buy a gun? Our system for monitoring who buys guns is ridiculous. We may not be third world but we run this country as if it were.
