INTERSECTS 17.5 METRES GRADING 1.48% NICKEL AT ITS LAC LEVAC PROPERTY AND STAKES 92 ADDITIONAL CLAIMS. Golden Goose Resources Inc. has encountered significant nickel mineralization in three holes at its Lac Levac nickel property, located in the James Bay region, 40 kilometres northeast of Nemiscau, Que., including an intercept of 17.5 metres grading 1.48 per cent nickel along with significant copper, platinum and palladium mineralization. The interval widths given are the core lengths. The true widths of mineralized intervals have not yet been determined. The results are as shown in the accompanying table. Drill From To Length Ni Cu Pt Pd hole (m) (m) (m) % % (g/t) (g/t) TF-04-07 125.4 132.4 7.0 1.05 0.49 0.20 1.53 TF-05-07 187.0 190.0 3.0 1.36 0.52 0.44 1.03 and 192.0 209.5 17.5 1.48 0.42 0.26 1.1 TF-07-07 106.7 108.7 2.0 1.17 0.28 0.23 0.94 The drill holes 04 to 07 are separated by about 180 m along the geophysical anomaly. The mineralized zones are composed of massive to disseminated sulphide in an ultramafic rock identified as a serpentinitized peridotite. The property had not seen significant exploration since the mid-1980s when Muscocho Mines drilled the property and in the 1960s when Inco conducted a drilling program which returned values as high as of 0.8 per cent Ni, 0.5 per cent Cu and two grams per tonne platinum group metals over 16.2 metres. Golden Goose plans to continue drilling in the area throughout the spring months, with up to eight additional holes on the property. To secure its land position in the area, Golden Goose staked a further 92 claims covering 5,000 hectares, bringing its land position to well over 10,000 hectares in the area. The first three holes (TF-01-07, TF-02-07 and TF-03-07) were drilled on separate anomalies on other parts of the property and encountered minor nickel mineralization. Analyses were done by Accurassay Laboratories, Thunder Bay, Ont. The Lac Levac exploration program is supervised by Marc-Antoine Beaupre, Eng, and qualified person as defined under NI 43-101 guidelines.
