I find "what if"s are good for my future. Waiting to see what happens is hazardous for my future.
I agree. So "what if" Nokia's lawyers say: "Ms. Jury, why is Qcom saying i'm infringing on their GSM edge/smedge patents when they show no (hidden) royalities from any other phone maker for the same type infringment? Does Motorola pay q a royalty for use of their GSM patents? does Samsung?", Does Sanyo/Ericcson? Does any phone manufacturer pay qcom anything for what they are accusing Nokia of infringing? I say, Ms. Jury, I am from Misssouri, and we should have Qcom "Show me". Otherwise they should be ashamed of themselves for wasting yours, mine, and most of all the court's time." So, what if I'm right? Huh. What if?! I have no idea, but if my beloved qcom isn't recieving royalties from another box makerfor the patents they are claiming Nokia is infringing upon, than logic is Nokia isn't infringing. And the jury will say that not only does Qcom have dirty hands, and GSM Guild type slimey feet. We will finally have lowered ourselves to the level of Nokia/Siemens.
