I think even 1 billion is overvalued, that would put the price per share at 70 cents ...

It's beginning to look like we need to worry about SIRI hitting single digit numbers too. Only it's single digit number will be in the "ONES" not below $10/share.

LOL.

Thing is, SIRI *SHOULD* be in that range based on fundamentals.

XM's fundamentals don't suggest a $10 or $11 price, and even with their difficulties ought to be twice that, but for the fact management sold them short with the 4.6 exchange ratio.
