don't you on the right ever pay attention to the facts?

Yes - of course, that's why I cite real instances of gun violence in a country with a complete ban to prove that it will still occur.

Yes, and its been shown that a ban on guns reduces gun violence.

The classic example is AU.......had shooting massacres, implemented gun control laws in the mid 1980s.....

They had one horrific incident and implemented a ban - the difference in AU's case is they are in fact an island - so their illegal gun trade is more easily contained. In a vacuum they have been "successful".

Actually, controlling the supply of guns would be easier in the US than AU. Why? Because most of the world's guns are produced right here in these disunited states.

"According to the report, about 500,000 firearms are stolen in the United States each year. Guns smuggled from the United States to Canada, the Caribbean and Latin America are a "significant problem," especially because the United States supplies most of the world's weaponry."

Doesn't it make you proud the US is the largest producer of guns!

Why do you keep criticizing that which you don't understand?

That's funny - something I don't understand - we are a nation of immigrants so our genetics are a reflection of the world at large.

Many of the initial colonists were criminals. Its very possible those genes have been passed down. Therefore, it might be one of the reasons why we are more violent that other first world countries.

Culture - now that's entirely plausible.

Yes, that's another possibility.
