The Browns were ripped out of Cleveland and relocated to Baltimore, becoming the Ravens. Baltimore, years before that had lost their Colts to Indianapolis in the same manner.

The current Browns of Cleveland is an expansion franchise.

OT: re: NFL... you were right that the old Browns became the Ravens... then an expansion team was awarded to Cleveland and was named the Browns.

As for the New Jersey Giants... maybe not as bad as the fact that the Cincinnati International Airport is actually across the Ohio River and is located in northern KY.

Oh, and returning to the original point, Al Davis lives on Mars and commutes to the Moon.
