Hi KEN. Check this out.

Ramsley research:

Alanco Technologies announced preliminary Q3 sales that were consistent with our expectation. Shipments declined 21% sequentially to $4.4 million. But 25 new potential customers were added in the quarter, laying the foundation for accelerating performance in upcoming periods. Hardware backlog jumped by $27 million. The recurring service revenue associated with those units is expected to be in the $10 million range (annually). Deployment is likely to begin in the June quarter. We estimate total sales will reach $7 million and propel the fiscal year figure to $22 million. Lingering costs associated with Alanco's prison security business will prevent the company from reaching profitability. Next year fully taxed income could reach $.10 a share on sales of $35 million. Only a sliver of the potential "reefer" market has been penetrated to date. Faster adoption could lead to a stronger showing. The prison line could generate additional leverage, either by landing some orders or being discontinued.
