They raised cash needed for the fease completion and for an
important exp of the silver prop. The benefits from this will
far exceed the small dilution. There is no other way to raise
money for these jrs, they cannot and should not borrow money.

And it was done with no commission. MMG saves the high costs which
most other jrs have to pay to raise cash. They got the money from
their own supporters, with no promotion. How many jrs can do that ??
