So you now acknowledge the past interpretation of the 2nd has always been an individual right?


In the first years of the country before it was capable of putting together a standing army......yes, the second amendment made some sense. But that changed and by the Civil War we had no problem creating two standing armies. And what country wants all its 300 million residents to have guns, second amendment or no second amendment.
