There are always good practitioners and ones you would not say that about. Some of the same psychiatrists who were spending serious time counseling their patients in the 1970's were prescribing newly found drugs in the 1990's. I listened to the Michael Medved show a few nights ago. I would class him as rightwing whacko talk radio. HE had a guest who is a professional witness on the horrors of anti-depressants. The guest opined that the V-Tech shooter was suffering from the psychotic effects of anti-depressants.
