I grabbed those .0065 shares near the end of day. I figured the company is now selling for under shell value.

Hope my posts helped. They were, as I mentioned, general, as I have not followed this soap opera as most of you here have in detail.

The latest filing seems to give lip service to the fiduciary duties I post about. It mentions the current business going into a subsidiary and being managed to maximize value for current shareholders.

Not answered is how management keeps control when the parent company is given control with newly issued shares.

My prior posts on fiduciary duties, value of the business, etc., still seem to be on point and hopefully Ball has read some and realizes that shareholders aren't going to lie down and let the business be stripped from them.

Just an opinion.
