He had clearly changed is view by 2003. What matters in 2003? One's views from 1998 or from 2003? Why am I even asking you such an obvious question? No, he changed his view in 2001, when not a shred of new information had come from Iraq, but he had received the $400K from an Iraqi agent who was on Saddam's oil contract recipient list. What matters when one suddenly changes one's views by 180 degrees based on money changing hands? Why am I even asking you such an obvious question?
