Perhaps some symbolic return for a handful just to make the point. Israel will havae to come to terms with either a divided city or some type of internationalization of the entire city as capital of both states under some sort of israeli administrive conrol. Theres gotta be a way. A council made up of Jewish, Muslim and Christian should run the religous side of things. Mutual recognition of the both nations by all the arab states is required. Pal gets a seat in the UN. Regional cooperation and planning including jordan. I could go on and on. Once we turn the corner good things will flow. One more thing. Terror has to go before any of this can happen. Once that stops, israel can pull out of wb for good before the solution adopted.
