We invite all to go to the site and read it. Important changes have occurred at the company formerly known as Golden Chief Resources, Inc. The new company name is American Resource Technologies, Inc. As the letter explains, the new name more incorporates some of the possibilities we have for the future as we spread into several different areas. After much deliberation, consultation with market people, and sleepless nights, we decided a name change and reverse split was in order to move the company forward for everyone concerned. It was not an easy decision, but in order to gather support from the market community and possibly acquire more properties and positions in other companies, we had to reduce the number of outstanding shares. Besides gathering support from the marketing people with the split and the name change, two other things had to occur for the company to move forward. One, we needed to become “piggyback qualified” in order for the stock to be solicited by brokers. Before that, in order to purchase our stock, an individual had to call a broker. Now that we have met the qualifications, brokers can call individuals to get the word out and openly sell our stock. Second, we have to get more revenue generated to make our stock look more attractive to potential buyers. On that front, 5 of the seven wells we drilled in the late fall are now pumping. Hopefully we will start to see some results from that in the next week to 10 days. More of the other wells should be pumping in that time frame as well. Two more wells have just been drilled, and our plan is to drill 18 to 24 wells by the end of the year. Keep checking the website as you will see some changes there. The new symbol for the stock is ARUR. To get the best info on the stock go to www.pinksheets.com . Not all boards and brokerage accounts (Ameritrade, Scott, etc) have made the conversion at this time, but they will. If you have any questions feel free to email us or call us at 972-219-8585. Have a good one, Hugh Fowler .
