I am talking only about RR to pre-67 israel by the 1948 refugees. Pre-67 borders cant go back to 47 borders and folks on the outside stay out. Pals want these folks to get their old homes back etc. We can settle that too. Most of those folks are long gone either dead or moved. Some symbolic recognition of what happened then at the hands of arabs and jews can lead to some symbolic return and a handshake between some old arabs and some old jews.
