<I have seen federal prosecutors refuse to prosecute kiting cases where financial institutions were hit with 5 digit losses. I have a discussion with one AG who told me they declined to prosecute if less than $75K was stolen. :-)> Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol. My bet is that nobody knows nothin at this point about THE decision. If I am wrong (As if that is likely), I am willing to buy everyone here a cup of coffee in the slammer where you will be able to find me for check kiting.
