We've moved the soldiers out from the heavily secured Green Zone or random patrols or ops to fixed locations in neighborhoods. As the insurgents find and exploit weaknesses in these more vulnerable locations, look for many more American soldiers to die. Also, Sadr has instructed his branch of the insurgency to quit targeting Iraqis and to target Americans. What pisses me off is that Bush still can intimidate the Dems over this issue. They should be screaming for his impeachment over the crap he's pulling.
