There may be 3 tribal areas of concentration, but they will not allow their country to be broken up.

I expect about 5K dead Americans before the USA starts pushing for 3-state. I have no idea how many dead Iraqi's before they decide its not a bad idea after all.

Says who? I think the Kurds would love to secede from the Shialosers and the Sunnilosers.
